Job Description

Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of software developers, analysts, and application specialists. Manage the delivery and support of ERP and business applications. Partner with operational and business teams to identify technology needs and prioritize initiatives. Oversee the development and enhancement of custom applications and integrations. Drive projects using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Establish performance metrics and monitor application effectiveness. Coordinate user support, issue resolution, training, and adoption efforts. Promote secure development practices and compliance standards. Evaluate emerging technologies to improve productivity and business outcomes. Required Qualifications Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of experience in software development, enterprise applications, or application management. 5+ years of experience leading technical teams. Experience with .NET/C# development. Experience with JavaScript frameworks . ERP experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience working in Agile environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting manufacturing operations. Knowledge of JD Edwards or other enterprise ERP systems. Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to analytics, data governance, or AI-enabled development tools. Enterprise architecture experience.
