Type:

full-time This role would be contract to hire and hybrid to Lake Forest.

Purpose:

In this leadership role, you'll oversee the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of critical workplace technologies, including: Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID Endpoint Management (Intune, SCCM, Autopilot)

Identity & Access Management Workstation Lifecycle Services Digital Workplace & Productivity Technologies Managed Service Provider Relationships Responsibilities:

Lead the day-to-day operations of Digital Workplace services, ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology delivery. Oversee and support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, endpoint management, workstation lifecycle services, and workplace productivity technologie s. Manage relationships with managed service providers, driving service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drive endpoint security, compliance, vulnerability remediation, and identity access management best practices. Lead Digital Workplace projects, technology implementations, process automation efforts, and service improvement initiatives. Develop operational metrics and reporting to measure service quality and performance. Provide leadership and direction to technical resources and vendor partners while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) 6+ years of IT infrastructure or operations experience 2+ years leading technical teams, vendors, or managed service providers Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, SCCM, and ITIL-based environments Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Certificationspreferred Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Certification preferred ITIL Foundation Certification preferred

ServiceNow Experience Pay:

60-70/hr
