Position Summary:

The IT Manager oversees day-to-day IT operations, support services, systems maintenance, and user experience while driving automation and AI-enabled efficiency in service delivery.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $95,000 Key Responsibilities Manage IT help desk and support ticketing system Oversee hardware, software, and system maintenance Support network and infrastructure performance Troubleshoot technical issues across departments Maintain IT documentation and system logs Support vendor coordination and system updates Track IT performance metrics and service levels Additional duties as assigned AI & Automation Requirement Must implement AI-powered help desk and ticket routing systems Responsible for automating repetitive IT support tasks Expected to use AI tools for diagnostics, documentation, and system monitoring Must continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual IT workload through automation
