Responsibilities include by are not limited to the following: Teach K-8 STEM/Technology classes. Participate in professional development in STEM and implement curriculum for STEM and Technology as needed. Teach digital literacy, citizenship, coding, and AI skills. Collaborate with classroom teachers across the curriculum. Support and train faculty and staff. Troubleshoot devices and classroom technology. Manage accounts, devices, and software. Maintain technology inventory and equipment. Support testing and school technology needs. Promote safe and responsible technology use.
Qualifications:
Desire to work in a new STEM lab and collaborate with trainers and peers to implement new curriculum K-8 Bachelor's degree preferred. K-8 teaching experience preferred. Strong technology and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to learn new programs and platforms as needed. Knowledge of educational technology tools. Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365. Knowledge of digital safety and data privacy. Familiarity with coding, STEM, robotics, and AI. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance teaching and technology support.
