Job Description
IT Change & Adoption Manager Buchanan Hauling and Rigging Inc. - 2.8 Fort Wayne, IN Job Details 16 hours ago Qualifications Cross-functional communication Full Job Description IT Change & Adoption Manager | Buchanan Hauling Buchanan Hauling is hiring an IT Change & Adoption Manager to lead the charge on making our technology investments actually stick. Here's the reality at most companies: IT rolls out a new system, and six months later half the team is still using workarounds. We're creating this role to fix that — permanently. As our IT Change & Adoption Manager, you'll report directly to the Director of IT and own the full journey from "go-live" to "everybody's actually using this correctly." You'll partner with department leaders to drive adoption, build training that sticks, troubleshoot the process gaps that kill momentum, and build a playbook so every future rollout goes smoother than the last. This is the role for you if you: Get energized by the "last mile" of a project — the adoption and change management piece most people skip Can walk into a room of frustrated end users and turn them into advocates Have led technology rollouts, process improvements, or change initiatives that actually moved the needle Are equal parts project manager, trainer, and problem-solver What you'll own: ✅ Driving technology implementations from deployment through full adoption ✅ Designing change management and training plans that get people on board ✅ Partnering across departments to make sure tech solves real business problems ✅ Building a repeatable framework for how we roll out change going forward What we're looking for: 3-5+ years in project management, change management, or process improvement A track record of driving adoption — not just hitting "launch" Strong communication skills across every level of an organization If you're the person who can't stand watching a good system go underused, we want to talk.
