Summary of Position:
The Senior Manager, IT Strategic Services is a dual-sided management role responsible for building and managing Denali's field service partner network while growing the pipeline for Denali's IT services portfolio within existing client accounts. This role qualifies and onboards vendor partners, grows account relationships through active account management and outbound sales, and works closely with the Sales team to uncover IT services opportunities. The Senior Manager, IT Strategic Services owns the quality of deal packages entering Service Operations and partners closely with Service Operations, Project Management, and Service Delivery to continuously improve process and workflow. This role requires deep field service credibility- someone who can represent Denali's technical capability directly in front of customers.
Essential Functions:
Evaluate and onboard qualified vendors into Denali s partner network by assessing capabilities, licensing and certifications, safety records, and coverage alignment Develop and maintain strong relationships within the low-voltage and field service vendor community to sustain a reliable and high-quality bench of partners Drive pipeline growth through active account management of existing relationships and strategic outbound sales and prospecting efforts Proactively identify new vendor and revenue opportunities for Denali s IT services portfolio within their existing client accounts Collaborate with the Sales team to uncover opportunities for Denali's IT services portfolio within their existing client accounts Support account teams in scoping and positioning IT services offerings to align with client needs Intake and package qualified deals for handoff to Service Operations, ensuring all information is complete and accurate prior to transition Maintain and enforce the quality standard for deal packages entering delivery, including scope, pricing, resourcing plans, and timelines Partner with Service Operations, Project Management, and the Service Delivery team on active opportunities to ensure seamless execution Contribute to the continuous improvement of business workflows and processes across the full deal lifecycle, from opportunity identification through delivery handoff.Competencies:

This position is based in a professional office setting and regularly utilizes workplace technology, including computers, smartphones, multifunction printers, cloud-based filing systems, and collaboration tools.Physical Demands:
This role requires physical capabilities that support the successful execution of key responsibilities. The employee regularly engages in verbal and written communication with colleagues and clients to address project-related inquiries and must be able to convey accurate information clearly and efficiently. The position involves remaining seated at a workstation for approximately 75% of the time, with occasional movement throughout the office to access equipment, supplies, and shared resources. Daily tasks include consistent use of computers and standard office technology such as keyboards, printers, and multifunction devices. The role also involves transporting equipment boxes weighing up to 25 pounds within the building and to other offsite locations as needed for project support.Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience. 10+ years of experienceQualifications:
10+ years of hands-on or leadership experience in low-voltage / structured cabling / industrial controls field services- deep enough to be a credible technical voice in front of customers Proven track record qualifying and onboarding 3rd-party/subcontracted field service vendors at scale Strong working knowledge of low-voltage systems (BICSI standards, access control, CCTV/surveillance, fire alarm, BAS/BMS, AV) and the technical fluency to speak credibly with vendors, technicians, and clients alike Comfort operating cross-functionally across Sales, Service Operations, Project Management, and Service Delivery Experience packaging and qualifying deals for handoff to delivery/operations teams•scope, pricing, and resourcing Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Some exposure to account management or client-facing business development•comfortable in front of a client and willing to grow into a more active sales role with support from the Sales team
