The opportunity The Technology Business Management ( TBM ) Office Lead is responsible for driving the adoption and strategic use of IBM's Apptio platform to optimize technology investments and enhance business value. This role provides leadership in implementing TBM methodologies and tools, driving transparency in technology spending, and enabling data-driven decision-making across IT and finance teams. The TBM Office Leader acts as a product owner, change agent, championing transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement in technology financial management. Your key responsibilities + Lead the TBM Office, overseeing the deployment and ongoing management of Apptio solutions to track, analyze, and optimize IT costs and investments. + Collaborate with IT, finance, and the business office to establish and maintain a TBM framework that drives transparency and aligns technology spending with strategic objectives. + Develop and deliver actionable insights using Apptio dashboards and reports, enabling executive stakeholders to make informed decisions on technology portfolios and investments. +
