Contexto:

Buscamos un perfil sólido y experimentado para ocupar el puesto de Manager de Infraestructura IT . Este rol clave es responsable de definir la estrategia, el mantenimiento y la evolución de toda la infraestructura informática mundial de la empresa. Se encargará de la arquitectura de la infraestructura y acompañará al equipo para garantizar una gestión autónoma de las operaciones.

Además de este rol, intervendrá como adjunto y sustituto del director de Operaciones Digitales (IT/IS). Desempeñará un papel de mentor con el equipo para fomentar su crecimiento profesional, asegurando al mismo tiempo la continuidad, seguridad y eficacia de nuestro entorno digital.

Responsabilidades y objetivos del puesto:

A. Gestión de la infraestructura mundial y de los activos IT.

Responsable del ciclo de vida completo y la disponibilidad operativa de todos los activos informáticos físicos y virtuales:

Estrategia:

Establecer la estrategia, diseñar la arquitectura y definir las especificaciones informáticas para garantizar el soporte y la robustez de la infraestructura, gestionando la relación con los proveedores externos clave.

Ciclo de vida de los equipos:

Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo (desde la definición hasta el desmantelamiento) de ordenadores, teléfonos, impresoras y dispositivos industriales. Garantizar la masterización/remasterización de PC, gestión de drivers y actualizaciones de SO (ej. WSUS).

Arquitectura y operaciones de red:

Diseñar y configurar toda la topología de red. Gestionar contratos de

ISP, VPN, NAC

y configuraciones de firewall. Supervisar el rendimiento de la red y organizar operaciones de mantenimiento.

Gestión de servidores y almacenamiento:

Supervisar el alojamiento de servidores, gestión de hardware, actualizaciones de SO y soluciones de almacenamiento en red. Garantizar la implementación y prueba de procedimientos de Backup & Restore robustos.

Virtualización:

Gestionar el aprovisionamiento y mantenimiento de escritorios virtuales y entornos VDI.

B. Adjunto en la gestión de operaciones digitales

  • IT/IS
    Asegurar el relevo estratégico del director de Operaciones Digitales, garantizando la continuidad de la gobernanza y las operaciones:
    Planificación estratégica:
    Contribuir al desarrollo y ejecución de la hoja de ruta (roadmap) IT/IS mediante análisis comparativos y vigilancia tecnológica.
Gobernanza operativa:

Supervisar las operaciones diarias y el liderazgo de los equipos, incluyendo planificación presupuestaria, gestión financiera y asignación de recursos.

Gestión de riesgos y contratos:

Realizar análisis de riesgos y gestionar contratos/proveedores.

Gestión de servicios:

Supervisar la estructura de Helpdesk y la gestión de incidentes. Definir y seguir los indicadores de rendimiento (KPI) y acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA).

Sistemas, aplicaciones y datos:

Coordinar el mantenimiento y optimización de aplicaciones, el sistema ERP y las licencias de software.

Continuidad de actividad:

Garantizar la operatividad de los planes de continuidad de negocio (BCP) y de recuperación ante desastres (DRP).

Lo que buscamos

Con formación de Grado o Máster en Informática, cuenta con más de 5 años de experiencia en gestión de infraestructuras y en un rol de liderazgo senior.

Experiencia técnica: Sólidos conocimientos en topología de red, administración de servidores (Windows/Linux), virtualización, bases de datos, scripting, normas de ciberseguridad y gestión del ciclo de vida del hardware.

Visión estratégica: Capacidad demostrada para gestionar presupuestos, indicadores de rendimiento (KPI) y hojas de ruta estratégicas. (La experiencia con ITIL o marcos ITSM similares será un plus)

Alto nivel de Inglés y español, B2/C1. (El dominio del francés o alemán será un plus.)

Competencias IT:

SQL, Crystal Reports, Web Services, Linux y Windows.

Nociones de bases de datos y su administración.

Nociones de lenguajes web (ej. PHP, Python…) y scripts.

Despliegue de aplicaciones en infraestructuras virtualizadas y cloud (VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes).

El conocimiento de la norma

ISO 27001

será un plus.

Context:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of IT Infrastructure Manager. This key role is responsible for defining the strategy, maintenance, and evolution of the company's entire global IT infrastructure. The manager will oversee the infrastructure architecture and support the team to ensure autonomous management of operations.

This role will serve as the deputy and substitute for the Director of Digital Operations (IT/IS). You will act as a mentor to the team to foster their professional growth, while ensuring the continuity, security, and efficiency of our digital environment.

Job Responsibilities and Objectives:

A. Management of global infrastructure and IT assets. Responsible for the full lifecycle and operational availability of all physical and virtual IT assets:

Strategy:

Establish the strategy, design the architecture, and define IT specifications to ensure the support and robustness of the infrastructure, while managing relationships with key external vendors.

Equipment Lifecycle:

Manage the full lifecycle (from definition to decommissioning) of computers, phones, printers, and industrial devices. Ensure PC imaging/reimaging, driver management, and OS updates (e.g., WSUS).

Network architecture and operations:

Design and configure the entire network topology. Manage ISP contracts, VPNs, NAC, and firewall configurations. Monitor network performance and organize maintenance operations.

Server and Storage Management:

Oversee server hosting, hardware management, OS updates, and network storage solutions. Ensure the implementation and testing of robust backup and restore procedures.

Virtualization:

Manage the provisioning and maintenance of virtual desktops and VDI environments.

B. Deputy Director of Digital Operations

  • IT/IS
    Serve as the strategic backup for the Director of Digital Operations, ensuring continuity in governance and operations:
Strategic Planning:

Contribute to the development and execution of the IT/IS roadmap through benchmarking and technology monitoring.

Operational Governance:

Oversee daily operations and team leadership, including budget planning, financial management, and resource allocation.

Risk and Contract Management:

Conduct risk analyses and manage contracts/vendors.

Service Management:

Oversee the Helpdesk structure and incident management. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).

Systems, Applications, and Data:

Coordinate the maintenance and optimization of applications, the ERP system, and software licenses.

Business Continuity:

Ensure the operational readiness of business continuity plans (BCPs) and disaster recovery plans (DRPs).

What We&39;re Looking For

Bachelor&39;s or master&39;s degree in Computer Science.

More than 5 years of experience in infrastructure management and in a senior leadership role.

Solid knowledge of network topology, server administration (Windows/Linux), virtualization, databases, scripting, cybersecurity standards, and hardware lifecycle management.

Proven ability to manage budgets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and strategic roadmaps. (Experience with ITIL or similar ITSM frameworks is a plus.)

Fluency in Spanish and English is essential. (Proficiency in French, or German is a plus.)

IT Skills:

SQL, Crystal Reports, Web Services, Linux, and Windows.

Basic knowledge of databases and database administration.

Basic knowledge of web languages (e.g., PHP, Python) and scripting.

Deployment of applications on virtualized and cloud infrastructures (VMWare, Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of the

ISO 27001

standard is a plus.
