This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of IT support experience who wants to move beyond basic helpdesk work and grow into a systems or network administration role. What You'll Do Handle and triage all incoming IT support requests Image, deploy, and maintain Windows PCs and user devices Manage IT inventory and asset tracking Perform new hire onboarding and user setup/training Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues Assist with IT maintenance, upgrades, and internal projects Document procedures and help improve recurring issues Participate in on-call rotation What We're Looking For 2-3+ years IT support / helpdesk / desktop support experience Strong skills with Windows 10/11 and PC deployment Experience supporting Microsoft 365 users Basic understanding of networking and troubleshooting Organized, dependable, and able to take ownership of issues Strong communication skills with non-technical users Ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY Preferred (Not Required) Experience with Active Directory, Intune, or endpoint management Exposure to system administration or infrastructure projects Why This Role Direct exposure to network and systems management Opportunity to grow beyond helpdesk into a future sysadmin role Small team environment with real responsibility and visibility __________________________________________________________________________________________
