Job Description
Description A growing organization is seeking an experienced IT Operations Director to lead technology strategy, infrastructure, and security across a multi-location environment in the Lafayette, Shreveport or Baton Rouge LA area. This is a full-time role that does require interested candidates to currently reside in the state of Louisiana. Key Responsibilities + Lead IT strategy, infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity + Oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple sites + Build and mentor a high-performing IT team + Drive projects, vendor management, and service delivery improvements + Partner with leadership on budgeting and technology planning What We're Looking For + 10+ years of IT experience with leadership background + Strong expertise in Microsoft stack (Azure, M365, AD), infrastructure, and security + Experience supporting multi-site environments + Background in regulated or compliance-driven environments. + Proven ability to scale operations and lead initiatives Requirements Someone who can balance strategy + execution.
