Cambridge, MA Job Details Contract 19 hours ago Qualifications Network troubleshooting Empower (software) IT management High-performance liquid chromatographs Mid-level Windows Firewall DNS Mass spectrometers (MS) Technical troubleshooting support Laboratory management Client-server architecture Active Directory management Full Job Description Lab IT Skill sets: Infrastructure & Systems Knowledge. Windows Server administration. Active Directory integration. Basic network troubleshooting (DNS, ports, firewall). Familiarity with backup and restore strategies. Must also be capable of performing typical lab support activities as the role will be concurrent and not exclusive to Empower. Supporting standalone scientific instruments. Client/server instruments. General instrument > PC connectivity. Basic familiarity with common lab applications (unicorn, chemdraw/chemoffice etc). Waters Empower administration experience - A Plus - HPLC, Mass Spec, Configuring DCOM, Troubleshooting, LACE configuration.
