Set Design/Technical Director Description:
The Stonehill Theatre Company invites applications for a Scenic Designer and Technical Director for their production of The Curious Savage by John Patrick. This contracted position is ideal for a theatre professional who enjoys working in an undergraduate educational environment while creating high-quality theatrical productions. Production runs November 13-November 22.(Strike November 22)
  • Additional opportunities for Light Design and teaching Stagecraft for the fall semester for additional pay.
Qualifications:
  • Extensive scenic design and technical direction experience is necessary (regional/professional credits).
  • Ability to work with students to build and decorate the set.
  • Ability to meet hard deadlines.
  • Must be a flexible team player
  • Maintain scene shop and stage, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
  • Excellentanizational and management skills.
