Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee multiple technology platforms. This role will guide the delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of business-critical applications. The position combines team leadership, stakeholder partnership, and technical oversight to ensure systems remain dependable, secure, and aligned with organizational priorities.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead developers, analysts, and external technology partners in delivering stable and effective application support across workforce and operational systems.
  • Direct the planning and execution of enhancements, issue resolution, and projects involving SaaS solutions and internally built business applications.
  • Oversee vendor relationships by coordinating performance, service expectations, and project outcomes with third-party providers.
  • Establish and maintain application standards that promote reliability, scalability, security, and long-term business value.
  • Manage the day-to-day support model for assigned platforms, ensuring timely response to incidents, service requests, and recurring operational needs.
  • Provide leadership across multiple initiatives by balancing resource planning, delivery timelines, and cross-functional communication.
  • Monitor application performance and recommend improvements that strengthen system effectiveness and user experience.
