IT Engineering Manager - (Merchandise Operations Management) What You'll Discover An inclusive, growth-focused culture A global IT organization spanning India, the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia A collaborative, challenge-rich, team‑driven environment The opportunity to shape and scale engineering infrastructure capabilities for TJX's Global Merchandising Initiative within our Merchandise Operations Management (MOM) systems Direct involvement in new deployments of Oracle's Retail MOM Suite across fast‑growing global divisions What You'll Do In this position, you'll play a key role in building and evolving the Engineering foundation that powers our SAFe-based Agile Release Train (ART).

You'll:

Lead our Tech Stack Admin team and collaborate across all our engineering teams, developers, and enterprise shared services Provide applicable functional and technical expertise across the MOM Engineering functions Improve Engineering patterns, tooling, integration, and infrastructure to elevate speed, quality, and stability Drive continuous improvement through metrics, measurement, and engineering talent development Mentor others to strengthen Engineering awareness and best practices across the organization What You'll Bring 10+ years of hands-on IT Manager & applicable engineering experience Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate complex concepts clearly Experience collaborating across large, global organizations with a demonstrated drive for results A successful record of talent and performance management Bachelor's degree in technology, information systems, or equivalent experience
