Engagement Manager, WWPS ProServe DoD Delivery Team This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance. What We Need AWS Professional Services is looking for an Engagement Manager who can lead complex cloud projects from planning through execution. You'll own project outcomes end-to-end, align technical solutions with customer goals, build high-performing teams, and drive strategic relationships across AWS, partners, and Department of Defense customers. • Own and lead large, complex engagements end-to-end, delivering business outcomes independently with limited guidance
• Redirect distressed programs to successful outcomes; deal effectively with ambiguity and the unexpected
• multiple delivery frameworks (Agile, Scaled Agile, Waterfall, ITIL) to build comprehensive plans across multi-workstream engagements
• Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and executable roadmaps using AWS frameworks (Well-Architected, Cloud Adoption Framework)
• Validate technical solutions against mission objectives; lead architectural reviews and manage technical risk
• Maximize engagement value by negotiating conditions of acceptance, amending scope, financials, and timelines as needed
• Communicate effectively across diverse audiences (product, legal, finance, operations, partners, customers) and drive stakeholder alignment
• Influence AWS service team roadmaps, ProServe offerings, and organizational metrics

• 5+ years of leading the delivery of IT projects with external customers or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of program or engagement management work leading other project managers to deliver a program with multiple and concurrent projects experience
• 1+ years of working as a Scrum Master or Product Owner across multiple cross-functional teams experience
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI or above Preferred Qualifications
• project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2)
• AWS certification
• Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
