•130K What you'll do Build and execute category strategies that deliver total value (cost, risk, service, innovation). Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives (RFP/RFQ/RFI), supplier evaluations, and negotiations. Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, and corrective action plans. Conduct spend analysis, market research, and benchmarking to identify opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with IT, Finance, Legal, and Operations to align sourcing with business needs. Support contract lifecycle management (terms, renewals, compliance checkpoints) and smooth handoffs to operational teams. Identify and escalate supplier and continuity risks; recommend mitigation plans. Drive continuous improvement through standardized tools and best practices (e.g., SAP Ariba). What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of IT procurement / IT sourcing experience (hardware, software, telecom, and/or IT professional services). Strong experience running sourcing events and negotiating supplier agreements. Working knowledge of contract fundamentals and supplier performance management. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience with ERP and e-sourcing tools (SAP Ariba preferred).
