This role located at our World Headquarters in Detroit, MI. The Senior Manager, IT Business Relationship Management - Supply Chain serves as the strategic technology partner to Supply Chain leadership, ensuring technology strategy, investments, and capabilities enable the organization's end-to-end supply chain objectives. This role connects business strategy with enterprise technology capabilities to improve planning, procurement, material flow, logistics, inventory management, resilience, and operational performance. Serve as the primary IT relationship leader and trusted advisor to senior Supply Chain leadership. Develop and maintain a multi-year digital and technology roadmap aligned with Supply Chain strategy, operational priorities, and enterprise technology direction. Develop a strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes and translate business needs and opportunities into technology requirements and initiatives. Lead technology demand intake, evaluation, prioritization, and portfolio planning for Supply Chain. Partner with ERP, Enterprise Architecture, Manufacturing IT, Data & Analytics, AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and other technology teams to develop integrated solutions. Provide business-facing leadership for ERP, supply and demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, logistics, and supply chain analytics. Promote global process harmonization, technology standardization, data quality, and effective master data management across Supply Chain. Identify opportunities to apply automation, AI, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies to improve supply chain performance and resilience. Partner with Supply Chain leadership to develop business cases, establish expected outcomes, and measure value realization. Provide oversight and coordination across Supply Chain technology initiatives, proactively managing dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations. Manage technology vendor relationships, budgets, licensing, and investment planning in partnership with business and IT leadership. Lead change management and adoption of new technologies and standardized processes across regions, business units, and manufacturing locations. All other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive IT, supply chain technology, business relationship management, or transformation experience. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including plan, source, make, move, and deliver. Experience with major ERP, planning, logistics, or supply chain transformation programs is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and work across global, cross-functional organizations. Strong financial, vendor, portfolio management, and communication skills are required. MBA, APICS/ASCM, PMP, or similar certification is a plus.
