Job Description

Senior Director of
IT & ERP
TransformationHybrid - 3-4 days onsite, local candidates only pleaseSalary up to $220,000 base plus 20% bonus. Compensation is based on skills and experience.
Summary:
We are a leading manufacturer, recently established as an independent company through a strategic corporate carve-out. The goal for the Senior Director of IT is to move us to our own ERP and Infrastructure environment. This is a hands-on position, working with 3rd parties and building your team from scratch as we grow.

You will lead enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, and the ERP transformation in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Own the ERP deployment (top priority), systems integration, cybersecurity, vendor management, and the build out of a scalable standalone IT organization. Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and executive leadership to drive efficiency and technology adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ERP implementation, go live, stabilization, and ongoing improvementsDrive integration across enterprise and manufacturing systemsEnsure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system reliabilityBuild and manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and governanceDevelop and execute the enterprise technology roadmapLead vendor relationships and implementation partnersDrive cross functional change management and system adoptionBuild and scale the IT team and operating model
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar8+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing or industrial environmentsProven ERP implementation and systems integration experienceStrong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise systemsExperience managing vendors and cross functional initiatives
Preferred:
ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Plex, or Microsoft DynamicsExperience with EDI, MES, and multi site operationsCertifications such as
PMP or ITILSuccess Measures:
