Typical work assignments will include:
Establishing goals, objectives and procedures for staff and recommending formal promotions, awards and other personnel actions including disciplinary actions to resolve issues. Managing network to include maintenance of servers, workstions, printers, switches, communicion gear and other peripherals. Evaluing work performance of subordines. Monitoring network capacity, performance and functionality, security and integrity of internet services. Configuring and maintaining servers, hubs, routers and switches. Implementing policies and procedures to ensure informion systems reliability. Analyzing and resolving network problems. monitoring network capacity and performance. Ensuring integrion of all systems components. Responsibilities will increase and assignments come more complex as your training and experience progress. Specialized Experience :
Experience performing duties such as using informion technology concepts, methods, standards and practices to evalue and resolve hardware and software problems; provide user training and assistance on variety of routine applicions; plan and improve informion systems to meet the needs of customer requirements; troubleshoot end user computer hardware and software issues; configure, install, and maintain network systems including hubs, routers, switches, bridges, servers, workstion and mobile device troubleshooting and support, and reled hardware; and maintain systems accounts with various enterprise software programs.
