Job Description

Position Summary The IT Director leads the credit union's technology strategy, infrastructure, and operations, ensuring secure, reliable systems that align with business goals and regulatory requirements. This role drives innovation, enhances member experience, and protects financial systems and data. Search Information Foundation Credit Union has retained Cornerstone Resources to lead the search for an IT Director. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute IT strategy supporting business goals and digital transformation Oversee IT infrastructure, including core systems, networks, cloud services, and user technologies Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance (NCUA, FFIEC, GLBA) Manage daily IT operations to ensure system performance and reliability Lead and develop IT staff; foster a high-performance culture Oversee vendors, contracts, and technology partnerships Establish IT policies for data governance, security, and business continuity Manage IT budget, forecasting, and capital planning Lead IT projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery Collaborate with leadership to improve operations and member services Evaluate emerging technologies for efficiency and security Maintain documentation for audits and compliance Oversee data management, reporting, and help desk support Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
