2943233429-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Strawbridge Studios Inc., a family-owned school photography and yearbook company, is seeking an IT & Development Manager to lead technology operations. In this role, you will oversee internal applications, databases, and imaging systems that power portrait, event, and yearbook production. You will manage a small team and vendors, ensure system reliability and data security, and partner with operations and customer service to streamline workflows. Ideal candidates bring strong technical leadership, experience with software development and infrastructure, and a collaborative, service-minded approach. Responsibilities Lead and manage the IT and software development function supporting photography and yearbook operations Oversee design, development, and maintenance of internal applications and databases Ensure reliability, security, and performance of production, imaging, and order-processing systems Coordinate with operations, photography, and customer service teams to gather requirements and improve workflows Manage vendors, licenses, backups, and technology assets across the organization Implement best practices for data security, privacy, and system uptime for school partners Supervise and mentor IT and development staff, setting priorities and monitoring progress Plan and execute technology projects, upgrades, and integrations on time and within budget Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide tier 3 support for critical systems Contribute to long-term technology strategy aligned with Strawbridge Studios' business goals Required Skills IT infrastructure management Software development lifecycle (SDLC) Database administration (SQL) Network administration Information security and data privacy Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) Systems integration and APIs Project management Enterprise application support Team leadership and people management
