Job Description

Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on IT Manager to lead our local IT operations and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in IT service support, project management, and business relationship management. The IT Manager will play a critical role in maintaining high-performing helpdesk services, driving IT strategy, and ensuring compliance with security and licensing standards. Main Tasks Steering and managing IT systems software, hardware and databases
Managing the analysis, development and administration of data and voice networks as well as data processing operations
Managing broad technical knowledge and experience across a variety of IT areas, including infrastructure, development, operations and quality assurance
Steering the support for end user technology and software
Overseeing the conduction of cost/benefit analyses for proposed IT projects Skills Requirements Knowledge of commonly used concepts, operations, practices, and procedures within IT Service Desk operations
Ability to work independently as well as team player in an international environment
Familiar with risk management / escalation management, and managing deadlines
Knowledge of IT related laws
10% Travel Domestically
100% on-site at our Allen Plant (Gastonia, NC)
No sponsorhsip is offered for this role. Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and/or 5 years of IT Manager experience in lieu of a degree. Experience Requirements 5 years minimum relevant IT Manager work experience within field service support.
