The IT Applications Manager is a hands-on technology leader responsible for evaluating, implementing, and supporting business-driven IT solutions across the organization. This role blends IT leadership, project management, and application support, serving as a bridge between business users and enterprise IT services provided by the parent company. The position focuses on improving operations through practical technology solutions, leading end-to-end IT projects, supporting business applications and reporting tools, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring strong communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders. Key Expectations Lead the evaluation, implementation, and support of IT applications and operational technology solutions Manage technology projects from planning through deployment and post-launch support Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical and application issues Partner with business teams to identify needs and translate them into effective technical solutions Support reporting, analytics, and integrations using SQL, Power BI, PowerApps, and related tools Coordinate with enterprise IT teams on infrastructure, networking, Active Directory, servers, and endpoint services Lead stakeholder meetings, maintain documentation, and support IT budgeting and operational planning Deliver a high level of customer service while ensuring IT solutions align with business goals and operational needs Qualifications Experience supporting business applications, troubleshooting technical issues, and working directly with end users Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, SQL querying, reporting tools, and low-code platforms such as PowerApps or Power BI Working understanding of IT infrastructure concepts including Active Directory, networking, servers, and endpoints Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional meetings Experience operating within or alongside a centralized enterprise IT environment Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred experience with APIs, workflow automation tools, ERP systems, full-stack development, or industries such as manufacturing or construction Demonstrated ownership, follow-through, and a collaborative, people-focused approach to IT leadership If you are an IT Applications Manager looking for a role where you can work closely with the business to support applications, implement solutions, and maximize user potential, apply today!
