Job Description

Apply today to become part of our skilled team! The IT Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operational performance of the Information Technology department. This role provides leadership and oversight for Help Desk and Desktop Support teams, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery to clinical and administrative staff. This position collaborates closely with IT leadership, including network, cybersecurity, and application teams, to maintain seamless and reliable technology operations that support patient care and hospital functions. Responsibilities:
Supervise Help Desk and Desktop Support teams, providing direction, coaching, and performance oversight Oversee ticketing workflows to ensure timely resolution of service requests Monitor workload and adjust priorities to meet operational demands Analyze trends and implement improvements to reduce recurring technical issues Manage desktop, endpoint, and break/fix support across hospital facilities Oversee hardware lifecycle including procurement, deployment, and replacement Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with organizational policies Lead operational IT projects including upgrades and deployments Coordinate with IT leadership to align operational and project priorities Manage vendor relationships and ensure service quality Monitor service metrics and report on performance to leadership Ensure compliance with HIPAA and hospital policies Uphold the values of

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience At least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role Strong leadership and team management skills Experience with help desk or desktop support operations Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical staff Working knowledge of healthcare IT compliance standards
