Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree in programming, computer science, computer engineering, or another related field or equivalent work experience.Minimum Work Experience:
Minimum 10-years of experience in Information Technology.Other Requirements :

Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. The IT Director performs a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to the following:Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead IT operations across infrastructure, service desk, endpoint management, and security 2. Own and evolve the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) 3. Define and implement enterprise identity strategy across Entra ID and Okta 4. Establish and enforce Zero Trust principles, including MFA, Conditional Access, device trust, and least-privilege access 5. Oversee endpoint management strategy (Intune, device compliance, patching, hardening) 6. Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of IT systems 7. Develop and manage IT vendors, MSPs, and strategic technology partners 8. Oversee asset lifecycle management across ~14 locations (hardware, software, licensing) 9. Partner with executive leadership and business units to align IT strategy with organizational goals Microsoft 365 &Identity Leadership Areas:
1. Microsoft 365 architecture, governance, and service optimization 2. Security & compliance capabilities (Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, Insider Risk, retention) 3. Identity lifecycle management (JML processes, provisioning/deprovisioning automation) 4. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and privileged identity management (PIM) 5. Okta administration (SSO integrations, adaptive MFA, lifecycle workflows) 6. Email security and threat protection (Defender for Office 365, phishing protection) 7. Licensing strategy, cost optimization, and usage analytics 8. Integration of identity across SaaS applications and enterprise systemsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS
1. Demonstrated ownership of Microsoft 365 environments at scale 2. Deep expertise in identity platforms (Microsoft Entra ID required; Okta strongly preferred) 3. Strong understanding of modern security frameworks (Zero Trust, NIST, CIS, SOC 2, ISO 27001) 4. Experience operating in hybrid environments (cloud + on-prem AD) 5. Proven ability to manage vendors and deliver strategic initiatives 6. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive stakeholders 7. Experience managing multi-site environment. 8. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, SC-200) 9. Okta certifications (Administrator / Professional) 10. Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code (PowerShell, Graph API, scripting) 11. Familiarity withSIEM/SOAR
platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel) 12. Experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL) and service delivery optimization 13.
