Job Description
- Evaluate the teaching performance of teacher candidates at field schools and provide oral and written feedback
- Evaluate assignments and provide written feedback
- Communicate with teacher candidates, mentor teachers, and UC faculty members regarding the performance of the teacher candidate
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise Required Education
- Academic degree in an appropriate disciple and prior teaching experience. Required Experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex material to students unfamiliar with a subject.
- Ability to work and collaborate with individuals from a variety of backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in appropriate discipline and prior teaching experience
- Pk-12 teaching or supervisory license in an appropriate field
- Experience working with adult learners
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Intermediate computer skills and willingness to use learning management systems, such as Canvas and SLL
- Utilize Teams and Zoom to attend or hold meetings
- Ability to work and collaborate with individuals from a variety of backgrounds.
