Ginghamsburg United Methodist Church Dayton, Ohio Full Time , On-Site Ginghamsburg Church is seeking a passionate, gifted, and visionary worship director to lead our congregation in authentic and vibrant worship. This individual will be responsible for cultivating a worship culture that draws people into a deeper relationship with God, fosters spiritual growth, and effectively supports the overall vision of the church. The worship director will provide spiritual and creative leadership for all aspects of the church's worship ministry. This includes planning and executing engaging and high-quality worship services, developing and discipling worship teams, and overseeing technical production.
