Job Description

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize our multi-cloud environment while leading a talented team in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing infrastructure across multiple sites and involves balancing technical oversight with effective team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving operational excellence and implementing innovative solutions in complex IT environments.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of infrastructure experts, ensuring accountability and supporting their growth and development.
  • Oversee and optimize multi-cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.
  • Provide architectural guidance for complex systems, ensuring reliability and scalability across multi-tenant, multi-domain, and multi-forest environments.
  • Manage and enhance core IT services such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, and endpoint management.
  • Collaborate with peer leaders and IT teams to align infrastructure strategies with business objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by implementing monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation processes.
  • Lead infrastructure projects from planning and design through testing and implementation, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality and efficiency in technology tools and services.
  • Maintain operational stability by overseeing data center operations, including power, cooling, and fire suppression systems.
  • Ensure compliance with patch management and asset lifecycle processes to maintain system security and performance.
