Job Summary Responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding by ensuring all PSBA Group policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations are followed with the highest level of confidentiality. Lead employee initiatives that support a positive culture and overall employee experience. Essential Job Functions Coordinate with supervisors a recruitment plan for all vacancies to lead innovative recruiting and hiring strategies necessary to ensure a superior workforce. Ensure all new employees are provided with appropriate information and complete all areas of the onboarding process and maintain records. Serve as point of contact for 15Five and other employee engagement platforms and maintain updates in coordination with the finance team. Assist with employee wellness initiatives. Oversee PSBA Group Standard Operating Procedures biannual updates. Support management in the development of employees, including coaching, professional development, and mentoring. Manage all PSBA Group job descriptions. Support special projects and initiatives as requested. Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience required. Three years' progressively responsible work experience. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality. Strong organizational, time management and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities successfully. Strong attention to detail. Effective written and oral interpersonal communication skills. Excellent computer skills, including a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and an aptitude for learning other software tools. Ability to interact professionally with our board, membership, vendors and staff. Pay $64,832.00 per year
