Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Director to lead our technical operations and oversee the design, installation, and troubleshooting of complex systems. This role requires a deep understanding of steam and chilled water systems, plumbing, and medical gases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating technical teams, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and providing exceptional communication with both employees and customers. As a key leader within our organization, the Technical Director will play a vital role in maintaining operational excellence across various projects. Duties Lead the planning, layout, and troubleshooting of steam and chilled water systems, ranging from small light commercial equipment to large industrial-sized installations. Oversee the installation and maintenance of plumbing systems and medical gases to ensure compliance with industry standards. Delegate responsibilities effectively among team members while coordinating manpower to meet project deadlines. Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols during all phases of system design, installation, and troubleshooting activities. Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, troubleshoot issues proactively, and implement solutions to optimize system performance. Stay updated on industry best practices, codes, and regulations related to HVAC systems, plumbing, and medical gases. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and ensure quality work. Qualifications Proven experience in designing, installing, and troubleshooting steam and chilled water systems across various scales. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and medical gases is essential. Ability to effectively delegate responsibilities while managing manpower efficiently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and customers at all levels. Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on safety compliance in technical operations. Ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly and develop practical solutions. Relevant technical certifications or licenses related to HVAC or plumbing systems are preferred. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
