What You'll Do Keep Systems Running at Their Best Oversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, cloud systems, and endpoints Ensure high performance, reliability, and uptime across all systems Manage backups, system upgrades, and overall infrastructure health Safeguard Our Systems & Data Lead IT security efforts and maintain compliance standards (including HIPAA) Monitor systems for risks and respond to potential threats Report and collaborate with leadership on security matters Lead & Support Your Team Supervise and mentor IT Operations and Support staff Create a collaborative, solution-focused team environment Ensure timely resolution of support requests and strong customer service Drive Innovation & Improvement Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency Continuously evaluate and improve IT processes and systems Lead IT projects from planning through successful implementation Partner Across the Organization Collaborate with leadership to align IT with organizational goals Work closely with vendors and managed service providers Provide training and support to staff with varying levels of technical knowledge What You Bring Strong experience with IT infrastructure, systems, and support operations
Knowledge of:
Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure DNS, DHCP, SharePoint, file & print services Understanding of IT security and compliance best practices Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills What Makes You a Great Fit You're a problem-solver who stays calm under pressure You're both strategic and hands-on You enjoy leading people and developing teams You're passionate about using technology to support a greater mission Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business At least 5 years of IT experience (internal or consulting) Supervisory experience preferred Willingness to be on-call for critical system needs when necessary Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this job, the employee will work in an office environment and must be able to: Lift, turn, and move objects up to and including 30 pounds; assist in team lifts for items over 30 pounds Stand and move freely for extended periods of time Drive to other PathWays locations and event sites as needed Perform repetitive tasks and use manual dexterity to operate office equipment Occasionally sit, walk, climb, kneel, stoop/bend, squat, push, pull, crawl, grip, reach overhead, and reach away from the body Perform repetitive motions as required Maintain a normal range of vision Additional Requirements Valid driver's license (must be maintained throughout employment) Maintain personal vehicle insurance and eligibility under PathWays' insurance requirements Complete and sign a motor vehicle disclosure form; MVR checks conducted pre-employment and annually Submit required background clearances: Pennsylvania State Police criminal clearance FBI criminal history record (if applicable based on residency requirements) Complete pre-employment health requirements: Health assessment Mantoux tuberculin (TB) skin test Why PathWays?
