Ideal candidate requirements:
2+ years of experience in IT management or a related leadership capacity Hands-on experience managing ERP systems in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data governance, and disaster recovery planning Exposure to AI tools or machine learning platforms Background in ERP upgrades, implementations, or system integrations is highly desirable Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams Experience in a relevant industry environment is a plus Willingness to travel up to 15% and lift up to 25 lbs Key responsibilities include: Leading daily IT operations, including systems, infrastructure, and support functions Managing and enhancing the organization's ERP environment, supporting upgrades and integrations Developing and deploying innovative technology solutions to boost efficiency Evaluating and integrating AI tools to streamline workflows and automate tasks Acting as the organization's AI subject matter expert and advocating best practices Overseeing cybersecurity, data privacy, and business continuity initiatives Creating and maintaining IT policies covering security, AI use, and disaster recovery Managing budgets, vendor relationships, and IT projects aligned with organizational goals Coaching and developing IT team members to foster a high-performing environment Staying abreast of emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive Perks and benefits: Competitive annual salary ranging from $100 to $150k Strong company culture that prioritizes cultural fit and employee pride Stability of a long-established, privately-held business Opportunities to lead impactful projects and participate in strategic initiatives Collaborative environment that values initiative, results, and professional growth Ready to join an organization where your leadership and technical skills truly make a difference?
