Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Relevant certifications in IT infrastructure, ERP systems, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, or AI tools are a plus. Working knowledge of HIPAA security requirements, data privacy standards, and IT governance principles preferred. Experience Requirements 3+ years of experience as an IT Manager, IT Leader, or similar technology management role. Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cybersecurity, and vendor relationships. Hands-on experience supporting and optimizing ERP platforms such as Jobscope, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, or similar systems. Proven experience leading technology projects, system upgrades, business continuity initiatives, and IT roadmaps. Preferred Qualifications Experience implementing or managing Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI-enabled business applications. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, risk management, data governance, disaster recovery, and compliance requirements. Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency through technology. Physical Capabilities Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Frequent walking, standing, and computer use throughout the workday. Fine manual dexterity for keyboard, mouse, and technology equipment operation. Ability to work in office and manufacturing environments, including exposure to hot, cold, or wet conditions when required. Travel up to 15%. Job Duties Lead daily IT operations, infrastructure, networks, systems, and user support. Serve as the primary administrator and business owner for the organization's ERP system, including upgrades, integrations, optimization, and end-user support. Drive adoption of AI technologies that improve productivity, automation, and data-driven decision-making. Develop and enforce cybersecurity, business continuity, backup, data protection, and IT governance policies. Manage IT budgets, vendors, projects, and technology roadmaps. Ensure compliance with HIPAA security requirements and organizational data protection standards. Mentor IT team members and support continuous technology improvement initiatives.
