Job Description

The Opportunity We are seeking a driven B2B acquisition specialist to join Tech Trade Partners as our new Business Development Manager. In this role, you will partner with enterprise clients to securely acquire, retire, and monetize their aging IT infrastructure. Help us give technology a responsible second life. What You'll Do As our ITAD Business Development Manager, you'll lead our asset acquisition efforts across the USA by:
Drive Asset Acquisition:
Identify, pursue, and close enterprise partnerships to acquire their retired IT assets, hardware, and fleets. Manage the
ITAD Lifecycle:
Oversee the full reverse-sales cycle, from initial prospecting and equipment valuation to negotiating pricing and executing service agreements.
Champion Security & Sustainability:
Educate clients on our secure processing, including drive destruction services, ensuring their data is completely safe while maximizing their hardware's residual return.
Build Strategic Partnerships:
Establish and nurture a network of referral partners, IT managers, and procurement officers to create mutual value. Execute with
Excellence:
Manage customer expectations, coordinate with logistics for smooth pickups, and ensure flawless documentation.
Provide Strategic Insights:
Use our CRM to track your acquisition pipeline, manage leads, and report on purchasing activity.
What You Bring Acquisition/Sales Experience:
2-5+ years in B2B acquisition, strategic sourcing, reverse logistics, or ITAD business development.
Hardware Knowledge:
A solid understanding of enterprise IT hardware, lifecycle management, and asset valuation.
Relationship-Building Expertise:
Proven ability to establish trust and credibility with mid-to-large enterprise IT directors and C-level executives.
Strategic Thinking:
Experience developing territory plans and account strategies to win large-scale procurement bids.
Excellent Communication:
Superior interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Organization & Execution:
Skills to manage complex acquisition cycles in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation, Benefits & Environment Target Earnings:
Competitive base salary ($40,000-$55,000) + High-Yield Commission Framework (Year 1
OTE:
$100,000)
