This role is responsible for aligning technology strategy with organizational priorities, driving digital transformation, and ensuring a secure, scalable, and high-performing IT environment. The Director partners closely with senior leadership, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to enable innovation, operational efficiency, and mission impact. Responsibilities Lead and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on technology opportunities and risks Oversee Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems performance and roadmap Drive system integrations across collaboration, CRM, finance, and other business platforms Lead cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and compliance efforts Oversee IT operations, service delivery, and managed service providers Manage technology vendors, contracts, budgets, and investments Develop and mentor IT staff while fostering a high-performing team culture Lead change management and user adoption for new technologies Deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, collaboration, and organizational impact Qualifications Core Competencies Strategic Thinking & Vision Executive Communication & Influence Business Alignment & Partnership Change Leadership Decision Making & Judgment Innovation & Continuous Improvement Accountability & Results Orientation Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) 8-12+ years of progressive IT experience, including leadership roles Demonstrated experience developing and executing IT strategy Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, and cloud-based environments Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and governance frameworks Experience managing vendors and MSP relationships Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives Preferred Qualifications Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations Familiarity with CRM platforms (Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar) Microsoft certifications (MS-102, AZ-900, or security-related certifications)

Pay:

$115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
