Manager to take ownership of Microsoft Business Central and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem within a growing aerospace manufacturing environment. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance data visibility, and implement automation that improves day-to-day efficiency and overall operations. This is a full-time, onsite (3+ days a week) role based in Fairborn, OH , with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. You'll collaborate regularly with internal teams across Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance, while also working alongside external IT partners to ensure seamless system performance. The role reports directly to the Director of Operations and offers the opportunity to travel occasionally (up to 10%) to support customer or supplier needs. Key Responsibilities Serve as system owner for Microsoft Business Central, including security, permissions, configuration, master data, and change management Act as the internal ERP subject matter expert, providing user support, troubleshooting, and training Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting) to streamline order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and production workflows Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making Build and manage automations using Power Automate (approvals, alerts, workflows) Oversee Microsoft Teams, file-sharing systems, and coordinate with external MSP for infrastructure, cybersecurity, and user support (including ticket escalation) Maintain system documentation and compliance controls in alignment with CMMC requirements, leveraging Microsoft solutions such as Purview, Intune, and Entra.
