KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an IT Business Systems Manager (Supply Chain & Manufacturing) based in Anaheim, California. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Business Systems Analyst to support technology initiatives across supply chain and manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify operational needs, improve system functionality, and support process optimization initiatives across enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP environments, including Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Manufacturing modules, along with warehouse management systems such as Blue Yonder. Experience supporting manufacturing, logistics, and distribution operations within a fast-paced environment is highly preferred. Exposure to Oracle Redwood user experience initiatives is a plus. Key Responsibilities Business Systems & Process Support
- Support and optimize Oracle Cloud ERP and related enterprise applications to align with operational and business goals.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend technology improvements to increase efficiency and collaboration.
- Assist with implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise applications.
- Support integrations between ERP, manufacturing, warehouse management, and other business systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement initiatives. Operational & Application Support
- Provide day-to-day support for Oracle ERP and warehouse management systems.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution efforts across teams.
- Participate in production support activities and provide after-hours support as needed.
- Assist with system documentation, functional specifications, and user support materials. Project & Team Collaboration
- Participate in IT projects to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, logistics, finance, and IT teams.
- Support user training initiatives and adoption of new technologies and processes.
- Help promote best practices related to enterprise applications and system governance. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Support reporting initiatives and identify opportunities for operational improvement within enterprise systems.
- Ensure systems and processes align with company standards, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Maintain a continuous improvement mindset focused on scalability, efficiency, and user experience. Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting enterprise applications.
- Experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP environments, including OTC and Manufacturing modules.
- Experience with warehouse management systems such as Blue Yonder.
- Understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or distribution operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions. Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing and logistics environments.
- Familiarity with procurement, finance, and e-commerce business processes.
- Exposure to Oracle Redwood UX initiatives.
- Knowledge of reporting tools, data integrity, and enterprise application best practices. Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Primarily office-based or hybrid work environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use standard computer equipment for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of materials up to 20 pounds may be required.
- Ability to travel occasionally based on business needs.
- Standard business office environment with moderate noise levels.
Compensation depends on experience but is typically $120-190k/year.
