This role leads server and cloud environments, drives advanced technical problem-solving, and manages IT personnel, while maintaining strict alignment with healthcare compliance and uptime requirements. Professional Duties Oversee and manage server infrastructure environments (on-premises and cloud), including virtualization platforms, storage systems, and associated technologies, ensuring scalability, availability, security, and alignment with organizational objectives. Lead strategic oversight of infrastructure operations to ensure highly available, secure, and scalable technology services supporting organizational objectives. Direct and oversee infrastructure patch management, system upgrades, and lifecycle management activities in accordance with DOHC policies, cybersecurity standards, and change management procedures to minimize operational risk and downtime. Oversee disaster recovery architecture, backup recovery validation, and continuity planning to minimize operational disruption and ensure system recoverability. Oversee daily backup, recovery, and data retention strategies to ensure successful system restoration, regulatory compliance, data integrity, and adherence to organizational change management standards. Ensure infrastructure security controls and operational practices align with HITRUST, HIPAA, cybersecurity frameworks, and healthcare regulatory requirements through ongoing risk assessment, remediation, and compliance monitoring. Serve as the primary escalation point for critical infrastructure and application incidents, coordinating resolution efforts, stakeholder communication, and service restoration activities. Lead root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to resolve cross-functional issues within a timely manner and in accordance with company procedures. Provide leadership and operational oversight for the System Administration and IT support teams, including workforce planning, performance management, coaching, and skills development to support organizational goals and maintain high service standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 6 years of progressive IT experience in infrastructure and systems. 1 year of leadership experience required. Proficiency in MS Office, Windows Networking, and Windows Operating Systems software, Internet based applications and hardware to include, but not limited to: Routers, Firewalls, SMTP, SFTP, VPN, IPSEC, and Viruses. Microsoft SQL includes, but is not limited to: Maintenance, Backups, Repair, and Scripting. Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to problem solve. Ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of computers and peripherals. Ability to effectively communicate with individuals within all levels of the organization, patients, patients' family members, providers, vendors and others. Current California driver's license and proof of insurance. At the discretion of
