We are seeking an experienced IT Managed Services Account Manager to help our clients maximize the value of their IT investments while driving business growth. What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of business clients. Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions. Identify opportunities for managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, and professional services growth. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure exceptional service delivery. Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. What We're Looking For Experience in Managed Services (MSP) or IT Services. Strong business development and account management skills. Understanding of Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and managed IT services. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
