By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you'll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic receive the highest value care tailored to their needs. Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include: Maintains the operational integrity and availability of technologies and services provided. Ensures the successful operations of the department, using continuous improvement efforts and ensuring standard operating procedures are documented, current, and well communicated to staff. Builds strong department accountability and works with the Director to create a nimble, safe, and respectful environment. Assists the Director with duties such as budgeting, project management, reporting, and implementing clinic initiatives. Work closely with the IT Project Manager and other supervisors/managers to provide project staffing and to ensure that projects transition successfully to operations/support. Responsible for establishing and maintaining clinic-wide IT systems. Responsible for inventory control and for creating hardware/software roadmaps for planning and managing the service request ticketing system, and daily problem identification and resolution. Responsible for providing expert support, analysis, and research into complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter. Provides technical education to end users and other IT staff. Managing the workload, projects, schedules, training, and performance of network and telecommunications staff. Other duties as assigned.Salary:
Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $126,995.20 - $190,492.80 per year.Workdays:
This role is based at the Central Administration Office. On-site work is primarily at the Gateway Office in NE Portland, with required travel to the Peterkort Office in SW Portland and to Portland Metro offices. Hybrid/Remote work is available once training is completed and expectations are met. Must live in Portland or the SW Washington area to come on-site to support projects as needed. Typical hours are Monday-Friday (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience, and values including: Bachelor's Degree or Associate's degree and directly relevant experience. Minimum of five (5) years of IT Management experience in a Health Care environment. Experience with IT standards, procedures, and best practices (NIST, ITIL, HIPAA, etc.) Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft servers in a virtual environment. Experience with moderate to highly complex IT projects. Strong skills in identifying, troubleshooting, and researching complex IT problems. Advanced knowledge of networking including routing protocols, VLAN routing, subnetting, VPN, etc. Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask. Positive attitude and desire to be a team player. Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians, and other team members.
