Serve as the primary representative for Ascension Technologies in meetings and communications with leadership and key stakeholders.
Develop, maintain, and execute project plans supporting the migration of devices, services, and technology assets.
Drive service transition activities to ensure successful completion of separation and integration objectives.
Coordinate and provide oversight of onsite technical resources supporting transition efforts.
Manage asset tracking and device migration activities throughout the transition lifecycle.
Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate collaboration across technology teams, operational leaders, and partner organizations.
Identify opportunities to accelerate timelines and improve service delivery outcomes.
Support governance, reporting, and change management activities throughout the transition.
Ensure service delivery aligns with organizational objectives, timelines, and operational requirements.
Experience leading complex technology transition, migration, transformation, or operational initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Experience partnering directly with leadership and executive stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and reporting metrics.
Ability to work primarily onsite in Detroit, Michigan.
Experience within healthcare technology environments.
Experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Knowledge of IT asset lifecycle management and technology deployment initiatives.
Experience managing service delivery across multiple organizations or business units.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
Strong service delivery mindset with the ability to drive accountability, execution, and results.
Experience navigating complex organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Effective communicator who can influence stakeholders across multiple teams and organizations.
Comfortable operating in a highly visible role requiring diplomacy, collaboration, and executive presence.
