Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Manager IT Financial Operations to join a reputable Law Firm located in Chicago, IL. The Manager, IT Financial Operations oversees the relationship between budget owners and IT finance, leading forecasting, financial planning, and budget management through strong analytical and communication skills. Responsibilities for the
Manager, IT Financial Operations Include:
Serve as the primary liaison between IT Finance and budget owners, fostering strong partnerships and ensuring alignment on financial objectives. Support and review business case financial modeling, ensuring assumptions are reasonable and aligned with governance standards. Own and manage the monthly forecasting and reforecasting process, providing accurate financial projections and actionable insights. Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to improve forecasting accuracy, identify trends, and anticipate budget owner needs. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Corporate Finance to ensure consistency and alignment across financial planning activities. Partner closely with stakeholders to educate and increase financial acumen, helping leaders understand budget performance, forecasting assumptions, cost drivers, and the impact of technology investment decisions. Manager, IT Financial Operations Include:
7-9 years of Professional experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, or IT financial operations. Experience leading financial forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reforecasting processes, with the ability to develop accurate projections, identify key assumptions, and provide strategic recommendations based on financial trends and business needs. Strong understanding of IT cost drivers including infrastructure, licensing, cloud consumption, labor, and project investments. Demonstrates strong collaboration and transparency for stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Compensation for the
