The Network Manager will oversee a small team of Network Engineers/Administrators while ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the organization's network and infrastructure environment. This individual will play a key role in infrastructure modernization, network expansion, cloud initiatives, disaster recovery planning, and multi-site technology projects.

- local candidates only pleaseWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on Network Manager to lead and support enterprise network and infrastructure operations.
The Network Manager will oversee a small team of Network Engineers/Administrators while ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of the organization's network and infrastructure environment. This individual will play a key role in infrastructure modernization, network expansion, cloud initiatives, disaster recovery planning, and multi-site technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Network Engineers/Administrators while remaining actively involved in technical operations
- Manage and maintain enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, VPN, VoIP, and internet connectivity
- Install, configure, and support network hardware, including Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, access points, and voice technologies
- Design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize secure network solutions across multiple locations
- Administer network security, intrusion detection/prevention systems, access controls, authentication services, and vulnerability remediation efforts
- Monitor network performance, capacity, utilization, throughput, and latency while proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, technology refreshes, site migrations, and network expansion projects
- Support Active Directory, Entra ID integrations, and hybrid cloud environments including Azure and other cloud platforms
- Maintain network inventories, documentation, topology diagrams, policies, and vendor relationships
- Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity testing, and after-hours support rotations
- Work closely with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure reliable and secure operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 7+ years of progressive experience in network administration, engineering, and infrastructure support, including leadership responsibilities
- Experience leading a team of Network Administrators
- Strong expertise in routing, switching, network security, TCP/IP, QoS, flow control, VPNs, and associated
- protocols
- Hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless controllers, and SD-WAN solutions
- Experience managing and supporting LAN, WAN, wireless, VoIP, and cloud-connected environments
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server environments, and hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Experience evaluating, tuning, monitoring, and optimizing network performance and capacity
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues while minimizing downtime
- Strong project management, documentation, vendor management, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- CCNA required; CCNP or higher certification is a plus
- Experience with Azure, cloud networking, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms
- Experience with enterprise email and collaboration platforms, including Microsoft 365
- Experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) is a huge plus
- Experience with Zero Trust is a huge plus
- Familiarity with out-of-band management and cellular failover technologies
- Experience managing operational and capital technology budgets.
