Months Responsibilities:
Leads multiple small, medium, and some large and complex projects leveraging the Network Project Management framework. Developing end-to-end project plans to guide the decommissioning of network assets. Work with the program intake process, prioritize with business, assign, and drive through to release delivery holding various network teams, IT teams, vendor teams, contractors and stakeholders accountable for commitment on deliverables. Prepare presentations defining the current and future state of the business need, project status to ensure project benefits are achieved upon delivery. Performs Project Management activities such as planning, sizing, defining units of work delivery, configuration, resourcing and scheduling. Provide leadership reporting on projects via team status reports. Drives resolutions and project delivery through partnership with the business and key stakeholders. Leads discussions on projects, status, risk management, change management, and problem resolution and identifies and assigns actions for follow-up and/or leadership escalation. Directing the decommissioning of legacy network assets to ensure removal from the network. Leading project update meetings for leadership and finding creative ways to problem solve. Driving results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures. Managing multiple projects within scope, on time and budget. Focusing on process and the customer experience (as applicable). You'll need to have: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience. Six or more years of relevant work experience. Experience in managing large multi-functional or enterprise-wide projects. Collaboration and communication skills with the ability to formulate communications appropriate for all organizational levels. Even better if you have one or more of the following: Experience with wireless core applications and Telecommunication Cloud Platform. Knowledge of agile methodologies applied to project management. A PMI or Project management certification.
