Job Description

We're hiring an MSP IT Support Manager (5x week onsite in Rhode Island) to lead a team of 5 (Help Desk + Systems Engineers) for a growing Managed Services Provider. This role is a mix of hands‑on technical work and people leadership, focused on improving service delivery, team performance, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Lead, mentor, and develop a 5‑person technical teamAct as an escalation point for complex issuesOversee daily operations, SLAs, and ticket workflowStandardize processes and strengthen documentationSupport client escalations, planning, and tech guidance
