Your role on the team:
Lead end-to-end TMS client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery, performance tracking, and customer satisfaction Manage and develop a team of 4-6 analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and oversight on technical design and implementation work Act as a TMS SME (preferably Tier 1 platforms such as MercuryGate/Infios), supporting configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts Oversee and support system integrations (API, EDI, XML) between TMS and other platforms such as ERP, WMS, and carrier systems Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and deliver scalable solutions Monitor IT infrastructure and system operations, proactively identifying risks and recommending improvements Develop reporting tools, performance metrics, and insights to drive operational efficiency and project success Evaluate training needs, develop materials, and provide training to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes Contribute to process standardization and optimization across implementations, with a focus on scalability and best practices Support customer-facing initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally, including sales support and business development efforts What you need: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from a 4 year college or university 10+ years of experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), including Tier 1 platforms 6+ years of experience leading TMS implementations and client onboarding projects 3+ years of people management experience, including managing teams of 4-6 individuals What you gain from joining our team: Access wages early with the Rain financial wellness app Free telemedical access to doctors and therapists through First Stop Health is available on the first day of employment!
