• Job Description:

• At Regions, the Enterprise and Cyber Security Architecture Manager directs the program to develop, maintain, and leverage key Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles across the organization which may include enterprise-wide Core initiatives, Security Architecture (SA), and/or cloud strategy and transformation.
• Primary Responsibilities
• + Leads the creation or evolution of the EA/SA function, including the coordination of an appropriately balanced pursuit of enterprise information systems, data, technical, and solution architecture viewpoints + Partners with TODD and business leaders to understand, support, and advance the enterprise's business and technology strategies + Leads the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive enterprise business, information, technical, and solution architecture requirements + Analyzes industry, technology, and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the enterprise + Analyzes the current business and technology environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommends solutions for improvement + Leads the development of an implementation plan for EA/SA based on business requirements and technology strategies + Oversees EA/SA implementation, ongoing refinement activities, and the documentation of all design and analysis work + Consults with program/project teams to fit solutions to architecture across all viewpoints + Standardizes infrastructure and application architecture and frameworks for on-premises and in cloud + Promotes the EA/SA process, outcomes, and results to the organization, including the enterprise's technology and business leaders + Partners across Technology, Operations, Digital, and Data (TODD) to ensure controls are designed, implemented, and monitored to strengthen risk management, compliance, and cyber security, effectively mitigating risk to levels within the company's risk appetite + Ensures disciplined change management by evaluating risk and control impacts when designing or implementing changes to processes, systems, products, and/or services This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

• + Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Analysis, or a related field + Eight (8) years of experience in two or more technology disciplines in a heterogeneous environment such as technical architecture, security architecture, solution architecture, network management, application development, middleware design, information analysis, database management, or operations management + Two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience •Preferences•+ Experience in DevSecOps and Cloud deployment + Experience working in Banking or Financial Services environments and technology systems + Demonstrated track record of leading key initiatives toward the successful attainment of challenging goals + Knowledge of application development processes, DevOps, Agile, Information Security Architecture Principals, Secure Coding Practices, and business re-engineering principles and processes •Skills and Competencies•+ Advanced communication, planning, and organizational skills + Advanced leadership and mentoring skills + Expert-level knowledge of risks associated with virtualization and cloud-based computing and the impact of those technologies on the organization's security posture + Expert-level knowledge of security principles, solutions, tools, methodologies, and techniques + Strong knowledge of all components of a holistic EA and SA + Strong knowledge of and experience with management (theory and practice) + Strong knowledge of business re-engineering principles and processes + Understanding of and ability to interpret applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance _The ideal candidate for this position is a strategic architecture leader with strong financial services experience who can effectively partner with Corporate Banking executives and senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to influence decision-making across business and technology organizations while driving secure, scalable, and business-aligned architecture outcomes._

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Proven experience engaging with executive leadership, senior business stakeholders, and technology leaders to influence strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.

+ Demonstrated ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into enterprise technology, security, and architecture strategies that support organizational objectives. + Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking products, services, processes, and technology ecosystems, with the ability to align architecture roadmaps to evolving business priorities. + Experience developing and communicating architecture strategies and technology roadmaps to both technical and non-technical audiences. + Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across multiple levels of the organization. + Experience balancing business growth objectives, technology modernization efforts, security requirements, and regulatory expectations within a complex enterprise environment. + Banking/financial services experience strongly preferred. + Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to facilitate discussions, challenge assumptions constructively, and provide strategic guidance to senior leaders.
