We are looking for someone passionate about mobile technologies to help drive our next generation of driver-facing applications. Job Overview Are you a hands-on IT professional who enjoys owning the entire IT ecosystem—from Microsoft 365 and end-user support to networking, security, and infrastructure? We'd love to meet you. We are looking for a standalone IT Manager to take full ownership of our global IT environment, supporting approximately 70 employees across few international locations. Beyond leading day-to-day IT operations, this role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our DevOps function, gain exposure to cloud and infrastructure initiatives, and gradually take ownership of areas traditionally managed within DevOps environments. You'll be responsible for ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient IT operation across both cloud and on-premises environments while partnering with global teams, vendors, and technology stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day IT support and helpdesk services for employees across global sites. Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Active Directory, GPO, and Intune. Lead onboarding and offboarding processes, user provisioning, permissions, and device management. Own the lifecycle of IT assets, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and AV equipment. Administer networking infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity, switches, and FortiGate firewalls. Maintain hybrid IT environments spanning on-premises infrastructure and cloud services. Manage server room infrastructure, backups, virtualization, security controls, and business continuity. Work closely with vendors and service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective IT operations. Support information security initiatives and
ISO 27001
compliance activities. Partner with DevOps teams on infrastructure-related initiatives and continuously improve IT processes and systems. Requirements 4+ years of experience as an IT Manager, IT Administrator, or similar hands-on IT role. Proven experience working in a global high-tech company of 70+ employees, supporting distributed teams. Strong expertise with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Group Policy, and Intune. Hands-on experience with networking, VPNs, Wi-Fi, switches, and FortiGate firewalls. Experience supporting end users in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong knowledge of endpoint management, security, and IT asset lifecycle management. Experience working in global organizations and supporting distributed teams. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Strong spoken and written English. Advantages Experience with AWS or Azure. Experience with VMware / ESXi and backup solutions such as Veeam. Familiarity with ISO 27001 and security best practices. Interest in expanding knowledge and responsibilities in collaboration with DevOps teams.
