Full-Time Position Description Are you an IT professional who thrives on solving problems, driving innovation, and making a real impact? We're looking for an IT Manager who's ready to take the lead in ensuring smooth, secure, and efficient technology operations across our healthcare organization. In this role, you'll support critical IT functions that empower our clinical teams to deliver exceptional care. From troubleshooting day-to-day tech issues to planning and implementing IT projects, your work will help strengthen the digital backbone of our mission. What You'll Do Serve as the first line of technical support for end-users—resolving hardware, software, and network issues with speed and precision. Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure seamless daily operations. Assist in managing and optimizing the organization's network infrastructure. Collaborate with other IT team members, departments, and vendors to deliver consistent and reliable service. Support and help implement key IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations. Lead user training sessions to enhance technology adoption and understanding. Maintain thorough documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures. Uphold compliance with healthcare data protection regulations, including HIPAA . What You Bring Education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred). Experience At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or systems management role (required). Experience supporting Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems in a healthcare environment (preferred). Licenses/Certifications Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or similar (preferred).
