Hubbard, Texas job type: Permanent salary: $140,000 - 160,000 per year work hours: 8am to 5pm education: High School responsibilities: 5+ years managing Civil, Structural, and Architectural quality on data center developments or large commercial and industrial builds, with deep mastery of shell and core elements like foundations, steel, utilities, and envelopes alongside code complianceExpert in authoring and executing Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Testing Plans, Definable Features of Work, Non Conformance Reports, root cause analyses and quality initiativesHands on leader experienced in managing third-party testing firms, local authority inspections, pre installation meetings, First of Kind and Mock Up evaluations, and owner furnished equipmentProficient in contract review, risk mitigation, and construction software like Procore, BIM 360, Bluebeam, ProjectSight, and Airtable to drive real time defect tracking and log managementMentor and technical liaison between commissioning agents, superintendents, trade partners, and clients, fostering a zero defect culture while remaining level headed under schedule pressure The essential functions of this role include:working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week qualifications: Experience level: ManagerMinimum 5 years of experienceEducation:
